Owner very friendly and strategic location.
The owner Mr Pak is very friendly and helpful. He helps us to negotiate for the best price of the exchange rate. The bed got heater during the cold night.

Value for money and a great location.
Value for money and a great location. The location just takes about 6-7 minutes walk to the Subway Nampo Station and near to Lotte Mall and shopping areas. I had a great stay. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Will stay again for my future Busan’s trip.

Great budget place!
Great budget place! The staff is really friendly, the owner gives you tons of recommendations and is always willing to help. The place is clean and has everything you might need, including bottled water and breakfast (coffee and toast). It's in a great location too, quiet at night and close to subway/bus stops, convenience stores and must-sees like the Jagalchi Market. Very recommended!

Location is very good as it is close to the markets and is above a lively street. Our room had a balcony.
The corridor was rather filthy and smelled of cigarettes, breakfast was meagre and milk came from a machine (powdered?).
